Adults of all ages are invited to join us for the 2026 Senior Adult Retreat: Spiritual Questions and Answers with Speaker, Jim Hanson on March 16-18 at the beautiful St. Anthony’s Retreat Center in Three Rivers, CA. This retreat is sure to be a special time of fellowship, fun, and spiritual encouragement.
Registration Details
Cost: $320 per person (double occupancy); $395 per person (single occupancy); OR Tuesday ONLY: $50 (one meal); $75 (two meals)
*Your retreat cost includes two nights lodging, six meals, all meetings, and activities.

About the Speaker: Jim Hanson
Jim Hanson is a retired pastor with the Church of The Nazarene. Jim retired from full time ministry May of 2021. Currently Jim serves as a Chaplain for the Hanford Adventist Hospital and Hanford police department. He has served as a police chaplain for five years and a hospital chaplain for 27 years.
Jim pastored the Hanford Nazarene Church from 1996 until his retirement in May of 2021. During those years, he also served the Central California District as Discipleship Ministries Chairman from 1998-2010, where he began the first senior adult retreat on our district. Prior to serving as pastor in Hanford, Jim pastored the Live Oak Church of the Nazarene on the Sacramento district from 1993-1996.
Jim came into ministry from an insurance background where he owned his own insurance agency in Eugene, Oregon for 15 years. In 1988, he felt a call to full time ministry. He sold his business and moved to Colorado Springs in 1989 to attend Nazarene Bible College. There he earned a Bachelor of Biblical Studies degree.
Pastor Jim has been married to his wife, Esther since October of 1981. They have two grown children and three grandchildren.
