This online training will help leaders build welcoming, healthy, and meaningful relationships that strengthen discipleship and create a culture of belonging in the church.

About the Speaker
Jonna Kay serves as Pastor of Congregational Care at New Life Community Church of the Nazarene in Pismo Beach. Jonna’s gift of hospitality and heart for people has shaped a ministry that is intentional about welcoming those new to the church and caring well for those within the church.
